I am a very experienced, dual-diagnosis Mental Health Clinician, professionally educated and trained as a Master's Level Social Worker, a Spiritual Life Coach, Medical/Healthcare Social Worker, a Motivational & Spiritual Thought Leader, a Divine Channel, and a survivor of childhood and adulthood traumas myself. I’m known for my warmth and compassion, a plethora of actionable, helpful suggestions, a down-to-earth and laid-back “real” manner, and my dedication to helping others connect/reconnect to Divine unconditional love and reclaim hope, abundance, and joy. Anxious? Worried all the time? Having panic attacks? Well, you're not alone and I can help! In recent years, anxiety has become one of the most common mental health concerns out there and it can leave you distracted, breathless, overwhelmed and feeling out of control. Symptoms of general anxiety, panic disorders, health anxiety, OCD and PTSD can be difficult to navigate, especially when you feel alone and don't know where to start.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I have been in the counseling field for over 25 years. I've worked in private practice throughout that time but have also worked in the criminal justice and community mental health settings, helping people with anxiety, depression, and addictions.
I work primarily with adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I like helping people learn the neuroscience behind anxiety and build skills to manage it better. I love seeing people take back some of the power they feel they've lost to anxiety or helping them see the light at the end of the tunnel in depression or addiction. Taking the first step is one of the hardest, but things can feel better for you.
I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher, and a licensed therapist, I use a combination of talk therapy, physical postures, breathing exercises and visualization to support and relax the body so that the client can identify and process unresolved emotions, physical pain, and/or trauma. I consider myself a guide on the clients journey to self discovery, and healing.
I look forward to meeting you.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My background includes working with justice-involved adults and high-acuity clients, which has taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are—with compassion, respect, and a clear plan forward.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. What that means in practice is that we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build skills to manage overwhelming emotions, and strengthen your ability to create healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My style is straightforward, supportive, and collaborative. I’ll encourage you to set meaningful goals, while also making space to process the deeper experiences that have shaped your story. I believe therapy works best when it feels both safe and practical—you should leave sessions with tools you can use right away, and also feel seen and understood in the bigger picture of your life.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, honest, and committed to helping you make real changes, I’d be honored to work with you.

Hi, I’m Peter Curts.
I’m a therapist who believes that healing happens best in the context of safety, connection, and a bit of curiosity. I bring a steady, compassionate presence to the room—and just enough humor and realness to make things feel human. I use approaches like EMDR, IFS, and EFT to help people untangle old pain, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change that lasts.
There are countless methods for healing & moving forward. I provide a judgement free place to find your way & figure it out. Commitment to my clients begins with a belief in the ability of individuals to advocate for themselves & choose their own path. You decide how you want to live your life.
Our instincts, emotions & feelings are a gift; they are the natural barometer for navigating our lives. Often we misinterpret or fear those emotions & fall into a holding pattern as to how to move forward. We all get stuck. Let me help you move forward.
The best work is done when we are honest and open about who we are, and where we want to be. Counseling is guided through your ideals & values. This is your time.
My experience is rooted in the mind + body connect. Scientific research continues to prove more about the brain and body connection than we have ever known, Come along and let me teach you. Working through & assimilating the somatic experience of life, freeing ourselves from trauma & bumps in the road.

I’m a collaborative therapist who believes therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You’re the expert on your life — I bring tools, perspective, and support — and together we figure out what helps you move forward.
I work a lot with trauma, depression, and anxiety, and I know how heavy those experiences can feel. Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck in negative patterns, carrying past pain, or just exhausted from holding it all together, therapy can be a place where you don’t have to do that alone. We go at your pace, and we focus on what actually feels useful to you.
My approach blends CBT, DBT, and EMDR, along with other strategies depending on your needs. Some days that might look like learning concrete coping skills, other days it might mean processing deeper experiences, or just having a space to untangle what’s going on. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model — therapy should fit you.
I’m also a strong LGBTQI+ affirming ally and am committed to creating a space that is safe, inclusive, and judgment-free. All parts of you are welcome here.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build tools that actually work in real life, and feel more steady, confident, and in control of where your life is headed.

Hi, I'm Shannon!
As a counselor, it is my top priority to create an environment that fosters a healthy therapeutic alliance. This is the most critical component of client success, and my greatest professional joy. I believe that we already have the answers we are seeking. Using the support of another person to explore oneself and find the answers together is an extraordinary part of the human experience. The habits we develop, no matter how maladaptive, were established to protect us. I strive to help individuals honor the coping mechanisms that were created, while simultaneously recognizing when these habits no longer serve us. You have the capacity to heal.
I believe meaningful change begins when you feel truly seen, accepted, and safe enough to share what you’re going through. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a space where you can talk openly about what’s been weighing on you—without pressure to have the “right” words or quick answers.
Therapy with me is about helping you feel less alone while building hope and moving toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling. I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. These challenges can show up as constant worry, emotional exhaustion, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Together, we’ll begin to understand these patterns and find ways to move forward.

in my years of experience, I have worked with a multitude of various clients coming from diverse ethnicities. I have extensive experience in working with high conflict, divorce cases involving children along with helping couples navigate through marital issues in marital counseling. Each person is unique in their issues and should be treated as such. I have been in private practice since 1994 and have worked extensively with the court systems with substance abuse clients. My work as an EAP has enabled me to address various issues extensively such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, various traumas, spiritual issues, and addictions. I'm here to be the person you can talk to who empathizes with what you're going through, validates your feelings and experiences, and can help you work towards solutions, all in a nurturing, safe space. I offer telehealth and office hours in the afternoon and evening.
Are you looking for your life to be different somehow, but you aren't sure exactly what that would look like, or how to make it happen? I can help you identify your most pressing issues, then help you identify solutions that you believe will work and support you while you start to implement changes. I believe you are the most likely person to be able to identify your best solutions, and perhaps all you need is encouragement and acceptance to get started.
I work from a background of existential theory (the idea that our human experiences are shared and we are all looking for meaning, purpose, satisfying relationships, and personal freedom), and I blend cognitive behavioral theory (CBT), motivational interviewing, radical acceptance, and humor into therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a method of learning the connections between our actions, our feelings, our thoughts, and our physical sensations. Motivational interviewing (MI) is a way to encourage positive changes without it feeling overwhelming or scary.
I believe every person deserves care, concern, and a safe space to explore their feelings without judgment or fear. I aim to be easy to talk to, an excellent and attentive listener, and always supportive. I sometimes recommend helpful assignments in between therapy sessions to help you practice new skills and learn hidden truths about yourself. I help people who have been codependent on their partner to become freer to make their own decisions and to trust their partner to do the same. I can help you learn specific techniques to lessen the symptoms of your anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances.
