My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to empowering my clients to thrive, without judgment. I utilize evidence-based therapies that foster growth, resilience, and self-awareness.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). During your initial session, we will explore the reasons that prompted you to seek therapy and determine the most suitable strategies to facilitate your progress. Through CBT, we will examine the correlation between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Throughout the treatment, I will guide you in developing techniques.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is effective communication, empathy, adaptability, critical thinking, and a commitment to strong interpersonal skills. I enjoy building rapport and understanding patient concerns. The ability to adapt to different situations and challenges, while maintaining composure, is also vital in my practice.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I understand going through a difficult time, possibly struggles with anxiety, depression or trauma. I want to assure you that you're not alone, and I'm here to help guide you toward healing and recovery. In our initial sessions, we'll delve deeply into the issues at hand. We will collaborate to develop a personalized plan to address your concerns. I desire to be of support on your journey.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I bring over ten years of experience in supporting adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate various life challenges and crises. I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy particularly effective. This approach helps individuals identify and challenge unconscious thought patterns to modify harmful or ineffective behaviors, ultimately fostering more adaptive and functional responses.
