My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I bring over ten years of experience in supporting adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate various life challenges and crises. I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy particularly effective. This approach helps individuals identify and challenge unconscious thought patterns to modify harmful or ineffective behaviors, ultimately fostering more adaptive and functional responses.

Tried therapy a couple times. Did not continue due to financial struggles and also the fact that I did not get anything out of those sessions in my opinion. However, I feel that she is a very good therapist and if your honest she can really help you digest what’s really going on in your head.
