Licensed to practice in Indiana and accepts 40 insurances. Specializes in Anxiety, Autism, Depression and 7 more.
Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Indiana. I received my Masters from the University of North Dakota and have just begun practicing. Though I have 12 years of experience working with people with disabilities and their families. I work with people to focus on strengths and identified areas of growth to become successful in all areas of their life.
In our first session together, we will take time to get to know one another, followed by focus time on what brings you to see me today. This will help me understand what your needs are and set the tone for our work together.
Having worked in a person centered approach for the past 12 years, I am confident that I am the professional to help you in identifying personal strengths and growth points that will aid in your work towards your best possible self. I will listen to you every step of the way to develop a treatment plan that is person centered for you.
I love working with people from all walks of life. My clients may feel overwhelmed yet energetic about the many ups and downs of life. Together my clients and I will explore their needs and visions for themselves to set therapy goals.

Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use Carl Roger’s theory to dive deep into learning about the person, and how they experience their environment and relationships. Steps taken together during person centered approach in therapy can lead to resolving conflict, and teaching one to interpret their thoughts and feelings.
