My style is eclectic, and I strive to individualize treatment for each client. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Together, we will explore your strengths, work through challenges, and create space for growth and new beginnings. The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. This will be an opportunity to introduce ourselves and work on goal-setting.
