First session
In our first session, we will get to know each other and discuss what brought them to therapy and the challenges that they are facing. I will also explain my method of what I use in working with clients. We will then decide on the goals on what would be best for the client and what the client would like to accomplish in their journey to recovery.
Strengths
Regardless of what you have been through or are currently going through, you have the power to take back what belongs to you. I feel that my greatest strength is to meet the client where they are and allowing them to to be totally transparent during their sessions. This is allow clients to express their feelings and get to the root cause of their issues and struggles.
Ideal clients
I am passionate about empowering women who are faced with self esteem issues and not knowing how to advocate for themselves. I also work with minorities on how to survive and to regain their life back through trauma recovery, CBT and mindfulness. I am specifically trained to work with clients with issues related to depression, anxiety, substance abuse and relationship issues.
