In my experience, there are a few things that I can help you with while choosing to work with me: Having an open mind to healing yourself Understanding your diagnosis and how it affects your life Figuring out which coping skills will work for you Learning new tools to decrease negative feelings Creating a plan to help you overcome any mental health challenges you may face Most importantly: Learning more about yourself!
I enjoy working with all populations. I especially like working with people who suffer with anxiety, depression, ADHD. Working with people who have complex anxiety, depression can be highly rewarding, when seeing their progress. It takings dedication, empathy, and high performance. This requires me to have clear communication and specialized support to navigate triggers. People who suffer with anxiety, depression, ADHD, often bring intense dedication to their work, but their need to reassurance and structure requires an empathetic approach, which I have. I also love working with couples who are trying to on their relationships.
