New to Grow
I am a therapist who believes meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, accepted, and safe enough to share what they are going through with hope that things can improve. My approach is warm, empathic, and non-judgemental. I aim to create a space where you can talk openly about what's been weighing on you-without pressure to have the "right" words or quick answers. Therapy with me is about helping you feel less alone, build hope, and move towards a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a chance to talk about what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope might change. There's no pressure to share everything at once. From there we'll work together to build coping skills, increase insight, and create goals that support steady, meaningful progress. To get started, I invite you to reach out to schedule a virtual appointment or ask about next steps.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Clients often describe me as empathic, warm, and easy to talk to. I bring a steady, accepting presence to therapy and work to create a space that feels safe, non-judjemental, and hopeful. I'm committed to stsying with clients through difficult moments while supporting growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or challenges related to life transitions. You may feel overwhelmed by worry, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware but need support, practical tools, and encouragement to move forward in a way that feels authentic and manageable.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I utilize a number of therapeutic approaches but it all centers on the principal of putting the needs and perspective of you the client first.
