Welcome and hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist along with being an International Certified Gambling Counselor, Level 1. I have found an incredible passion for help individuals. I have worked extensively in substance abuse, with woman's issues (infertility), trauma, couples and family therapy. I feel it is an honor to get to work with someone during their decision to grow. I feel that my desire to help others come from my own personal experience.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, the goal is to meet and seek goals. I want to understand why you took the time to explore getting help. I will collaborate during the session and clarify your needs to best utilize your time and energy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths is pulling a narrative together and adapting to the client's needs while also holding clinical boundaries. I like to explore different avenues to help my clients and try multiple interventions with skill-based work.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who have often not been able to express their feelings and need an outlet. I love seeing people transform and leave behind behaviors that no longer serve them in the growth transformation.
