Hi, I'm Christy. I have over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am licensed in Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. In our first session I will gather information and we will discuss the challenges you are experiencing. We will make a plan together to start working on a healthier, more positive you.

I enjoy working with adults of all ages. My clients are often feeling anxious or depressed about life changes. My clients are having family conflict and estrangements. My clients are concerned about aging, having purpose in life. Many of my clients are dealing with different kinds of stressors: caregiving, financial, work, relationships, politics and current state of the world.

Christy gets me and what I am going through. She is very warm and has great suggestions on how to deal with my issues. She offers great worksheets that help me process different things. I look forward to our weekly sessions.
