I’m passionate about supporting people of culturally diverse backgrounds, ideas, identities and preferences and who want to improve their lives, work through their issues, and live authentically. I'm happy to help you with any of your mental health concerns. I know how essential it is to have a safe space to grow. My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and collaborative and my clinical specialties include assisting in adjusting to major life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, shame, discrimination and more.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is really about getting to know each other and starting to build a sense of comfort and trust. We’ll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what you hope to get out of our sessions together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this is your space to share at your own pace. I’ll ask some gentle questions to help me understand your background, current challenges, and goals, but mostly I’ll listen. We’ll also talk a bit about what therapy with me looks like, answer any questions you have, and discuss what might be most helpful moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful about the journey ahead.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Helping people who feel generally out of balance-emotionally, spiritually, mentally-as well as those feeling disconnected from their authentic selves. I offer an empathic welcoming space for personal exploration with an affinity for ALL humans.

She's the best! I absolutely enjoy how she engages me with warmth and accountability! She's seriously had a profound impact on how I engage my friends, family and the world, and it's made me feel much more free!

I have had therapy in the past but still approached my session with some nerves . Within 15 minutes I immediately felt comfortable opening up to Aisha. The way she responded to my situation let me know she heard and felt the same discomfort that I felt in the moment. This made me feel very heard and created a relaxing environment for me to open up more. I’m looking forward to my next session already.
