Hello, I am Faith Graves LMFT ( licensed marriage and family therapist). I have been working in the mental health field as either case manager, or therapist for the last 8 years, with 6 years doing therapy. I am a wife and happy mother of three. I enjoy helping people meet their full potential by working along side to meet goals.

First session

In the first session, you can expact to have time to ask questions and feel comfortable. We will take time to get to know each other so that we can build an individualized plan to address concerns. There will be questions that cover many aread of your life and family history.

Strengths

I believe that my greatest strength as a therapist is being able to connect with people on a basic level. I have many years of working with others and learning new ways to connect with others. Treating people with basic kindness and allowing communication of their needs is one of my primary values.

Ideal clients

I enjoy seeing people grow and meet their potential. In person I work with children as young as 12 through out adult. With telehealth being a growing option since the pandemic I work with children age 12 and up online. I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults to help them navigate changes and learn the importance of self focused growth.

Compassion Focused

I am a client focused therapist. I enjoy working alongside my clients to be able to assist them with meeting their personal goals. I work with kids as young as 5 through adulthood with various issues and barriers in life.

Motivational Interviewing

I am trained on motivational Interviewing to make sure my clients feel heard and assist with cognitive restructuring.
