Hello, I'm Taylor. My focus is on empowering individuals to live the life they want. Seeking therapy can be an overwhelming experience in itself. My focus is meeting clients where they are at and outlining a plan of action for tackling difficult mental health issues including anxiety, depression etc. My specialties include: fertility/family planning issues, chronic illness, rare disease, anxiety, interpersonal/relationship difficulties and life changes/adjustments. Together, my goal is to create a safe and healing place for you to get where you want to be. Compassion, empathy and evidence-based therapeutic techniques are the foundation of my practice. Let's work towards getting you where you want to be!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session my focus is on creating a supportive and welcoming environment. I prioritize meeting clients where they are at whether that include jumping straight into goal planning or allowing the client to take control of their own treatment timeline without pressure, but support.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My areas of speciality include: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Women's Health, Infertility, Family Planning, Student Athlete's Mental Health, Difficulty with Adjustment/Change, Growing Motivation.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is incredibly effective in treating anxiety and depression by challenging cognitive distortions and finding alternative ways of thinking.

Strength-Based

I believe in a strength-based approach to therapy by identifying what works best for each client individually.

Supportive

Meeting each client where they are at in a supportive manner helps foster a collaborative environment to achieving treatment goals.

Trauma Informed Care

I have completed trauma informed trainings that allow me to understand how trauma impacts treatment and work towards the client’s goals.
