Are you feeling stuck in your career, relationships, goals, or life in general? Are you ready to identify your road blocks and move forward? An ideal therapeutic relationship would consist of using evidence based practices to explore what you want in life, your road blocks, and setting realistic and obtainable goals to move forward. I also understand that the path you set at the beginning of therapy may change as you change and am always open to shifting gears and finding what works for you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will review your intake form, drill down on some of the challenges that led you to therapy, develop a deeper understanding of the problem and then develop a plan to start working through what is important to you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are solution focused treatments and tailoring treatments to the specific needs of the individual. I also enjoy helping you to set your own goals, finding your own motivation, and walking along side you on your journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

During my time as a therapist I've worked with a wide range of needs such as: addiction treatment; family re-unification; couples education for healthy relationships and communication skills; worked with individuals experiencing domestic violence; goal setting for career development; and finding new paths during life changes.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I tend to lean more towards looking at our "stuck points" and what is holding us in the the negative space. As we start to identify those, we can move towards changing our thoughts and behaviors around them, and eventually creating new thoughts or behaviors that help us get unstuck.
