I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW) . I am fully licensed in Illinois, Michigan and Indiana and work with individuals and families using an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client. My areas of expertise include: anxiety, postpartum depression, relationship challenges, life transitions and stress, LBGTQ+, parenting and custody issues, and self-esteem. There are many changes that happen as relationships develop with the passing years and I would like to help with these transitions.

My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, therapy. I provide a neutral ground to individuals seeking help in maintaining healthy relationships and a positive outlook.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
While I tailor my approach to each individual I find that a combination of Psychodynamic and CBT therapies work best for clients seeking relief from the anxieties brought on by life transitions or daily stressors.
