Hi, I’m Dominique. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals restore balance, find peace, and live with intention. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and EMDR with a holistic perspective that honors the mind-body connection. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and set the foundation for our work together. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any goals or concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this space is about exploration, understanding, and safety. I’ll explain how therapy works, review confidentiality and boundaries, and answer any questions you have so you feel comfortable and informed. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas for growth. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged—with a clearer sense of direction and hope for the path ahead.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to build genuine rapport with the people I work with. I truly believe in putting the client first and taking time to understand each person within their environment, relationships, and life experiences. This helps me see when, where, and how certain patterns or symptoms may have developed. I strive to be relatable, authentic, and down-to-earth—but ultimately, I leave it to you to decide that once we begin working together. My goal is always to meet you where you are, create a safe space for honesty, and walk with you toward the healing and growth you desire.
