Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. I have worked in the mental health field for 19 years in a variety of settings. I currently work doing individual counseling with teens and adults. I also currently work with people in crisis in an emergency setting. Helping people has always been a passion for me and I love being able to help others learn and grow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is spent gathering information and determining what the best course of treatment will be.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel my strengths are being an active listener and seeking to understand where my clients are coming from.
