What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I firmly believe you are the expert on you. I'll ask questions about your history but I believe it's most important to give clients the space to share why they're here and what is important to them.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My goal as a therapist is to work myself out of a job. I am skilled at meeting clients where they're at and empowering them to move forward with goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I believe the mind is a powerful tool, and learning to use this tool effectively can help us better manage emotions, behavior, and positively impact relationships. I engage clients by guiding them to identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Using CBT we will complete exercises that help clients reframe thoughts and develop healthier behaviors. This approach is also not a one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to tailor sessions to meet individual client needs.
