My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a highly structured and collaborative approach in my practice, where I actively identify and challenge negative thought patterns, then work to develop healthier behaviors to manage difficult emotions and situations, focusing primarily on current problems and finding practical solutions to address them "here and now" rather than dwelling on the past.

Motivational Interviewing

In my practice I use techniques that explore the individual's readiness to change, asking open-ended questions, listening in a supportive manner, offering feedback, acknowledging struggle/pain, showing empathy, and helping to clarify and set goals
