Hi, I’m a therapist who works with teens, young adults, and even connect well with adults who are feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. My clients are often deep thinkers and feelers who care a lot but sometimes struggle to show care toward themselves. Many are navigating transitions, healing from the past, or trying to figure out who they really are. In therapy with me, you can expect a warm, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to pretend or have it all together. I bring humor, compassion, and curiosity to our work together and a deep respect for your lived experience. Whether you're untangling old patterns, building healthier relationships, or learning to trust yourself again, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength and your story. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you feel more like you. And I’d be honored to be part of that process.
Our first session is about getting the big picture. What’s been weighing on you, what patterns you’ve noticed, and what you want your life to look like moving forward. I’ll ask questions to understand your story, your goals, and the challenges you’ve been facing. You’re welcome to share at your own pace, there’s no pressure to dive too deep too fast. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to and that they feel comfortable usually quickly. I bring warmth, empathy, and a sense of calm to the work. My goal in our first meeting is to help you feel seen and to start mapping out how we can move toward the life and version of yourself you’re hoping for.
I combine clinical expertise with empathy and lived experience. I’ve supported clients through trauma, grief, life transitions, and identity exploration. What sets me apart is my ability to hold space for both the hard and the hopeful. I help clients feel grounded and understood while gently challenging the patterns that no longer serve them. Whether we’re processing pain, practicing new skills, or tapping into your strengths, I show up fully, with heart and intention.
You’re the kind of person who tries hard, maybe too hard. You care deeply, think a lot, and often feel like you’re carrying more than people realize. You’ve been strong for a long time, and now you're ready to let someone support you. My clients are often navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and identity struggles. They may have a history of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or trauma and they’re ready to stop living on autopilot. If that sounds like you, I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone anymore.
I use Brainspotting to help clients access and process trauma stored beyond verbal awareness. I guide them to a specific eye position that correlates with emotional activation, allowing deep healing through focused mindfulness and attunement.
I use a strengths-based approach to help clients reconnect with their inner resilience and abilities. By identifying what’s already working and building on those strengths, I support clients in developing confidence, agency, and a sense of hope as they navigate challenges.
If faith is something that guides you, I’m happy to incorporate it into our sessions. I approach faith-based therapy with openness and respect, helping clients explore how their spiritual beliefs can offer strength, clarity, and comfort as they navigate life’s challenges.
In our work together, I take a person-centered approach offering a warm, supportive space where you can safely explore your wounds, make sense of your experiences, and discover solutions. I believe you already have what you need inside you; therapy is about reconnecting with that inner knowing
