There are times when we feel stuck in patterns we can’t seem to break or disconnected from who we really are under the weight of expectations from family, relationships, and work. I use cultural awareness and acceptance to support people from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds as they navigate expectations, identity, and relationships at work and in their personal lives. It can be life changing to give yourself permission not to fit neatly into predefined boxes. I’m a holistic therapist who understands that your wellness isn’t just about what’s happening in your life. It’s shaped by your relationships, the systems you navigate, and the identity you carry. I’ve worked with couples seeking deeper connection, individuals managing chronic stress or illness, and families navigating major transitions. I’m also a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, and I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness into our work. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about supporting your wellness as a whole person. You are more than your symptoms and patterns of behavior.
Our first session is about understanding where you are and where you want to be. This is a judgment free space. You don't need to have everything figured out. By the end of our first session, you'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit and what our work together might look like.
I meet you where you are and see you as a whole person. No matter where you're starting from, I create a space where you can be honest with yourself and move forward with passion and purpose.
Professionals from underrepresented communities balancing career demands, family expectations, and their own sense of identity. Individuals dealing with burnout, imposter syndrome, or the weight of always being the one others rely on while feeling like there’s no one to support or guide them. They are tired of performative relationships, masking, and constantly proving themselves. They’re ready to stop surviving and start creating space to live more authentically.

Mindfulness is often woven into sessions through simple grounding practices, reflection, and pacing that supports the nervous system. For many clients, this becomes a foundation for managing anxiety, burnout, and life changes with more ease and self-trust.
I use CBT as a supportive and flexible framework rather than a rigid, worksheet-driven approach. My work focuses on helping clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, emotional reactions, and behaviors that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck.
I prioritize emotional safety, choice, and respect for each client’s pace and lived experience. Trauma informed therapy recognizes that stress, anxiety, and emotional patterns are often shaped by experiences and external factors beyond a person’s control. I work collaboratively and move at the client’s pace, without requiring them to revisit or relive experiences before they are ready. This approach supports regulation, creates a sense of safety from within, and helps restore personal trust and emotional stability over time.
I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy as a collaborative, forward looking approach that builds on a client’s existing strengths and values. SFBT helps to refine direction and behavioral changes to achieve personal goals.
