I’m dedicated to helping people reconnect with their inner strength, heal from past wounds, and build lives rooted in self-love and self-trust. My approach blends evidence-based practices with deep cultural awareness, honoring the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I work especially well with individuals navigating stress, transitions, and the layered complexities of developing a sense of identity, that is "out of the box". My listed availability is limited. If you don’t see times that consistently work for you, we can explore alternate scheduling options during your intake session to better support your needs.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your goals, any current challenges, and parts of your personal history that feel important to share. We’ll move at your pace. There’s no pressure to dive into everything right away. My priority is to create a sense of safety, clarity, and collaboration so we can build a foundation for our therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic relationship is the most meaningful part of our work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is creating a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel both seen and challenged in a supportive way. Clients often share that they feel empowered, more connected to themselves, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I support clients who are high-achieving, self-aware, and often seen as the “strong one” in their circles, but who are carrying unspoken stress, burnout, or unresolved trauma. My ideal clients are ready to move beyond survival mode and are seeking a deeper sense of emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and inner alignment. Many are navigating identity shifts, career transitions, relationship patterns, or healing from generational wounds. Whether you’re processing trauma, exploring your purpose, or simply craving a space to exhale. I offer a grounded, culturally sensitive space to support your growth and healing.

My treatment methods

Somatic

I incorporate somatic tools like breathwork, grounding, and body awareness to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing. This approach helps clients tune into their body’s signals, release stored tension, and experience safety from within.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

This approach aligns well with my strengths-based, culturally responsive style. I help clients identify their existing resources, clarify goals, and recognize past successes to build momentum toward change. Rather than focusing on problems or pathology, I use SFBT to amplify what’s already working. I find this especially effective for clients who are feeling stuck but motivated to make practical, short-term progress while also deepening self-awareness.

EMDR

I am trained in EMDR and use it to help clients process traumatic memories in a way that reduces emotional distress and fosters healing. I integrate EMDR into treatment when clients feel ready, often alongside talk therapy and somatic practices, to support deeper nervous system regulation and long-term relief.

Narrative

I use Narrative Therapy to help clients reframe unhelpful beliefs and reclaim authorship over their own story. Together, we explore how social and cultural narratives may have shaped your sense of self and then we rewrite those stories to reflect your truth, strengths, and potential.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I incorporate principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and understand the different “parts” of themselves with curiosity and compassion. This approach supports healing by creating space for inner dialogue, reducing internal conflict, and helping clients access their core Self as a source of wisdom and calm. I use IFS especially with clients navigating trauma, identity work, or self-worth challenges.
