About me

On the outside, it may look like you're managing everything. On the inside, you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or surrounded by people but still feel completely alone. If you're reading this and thinking, "This sounds like me," you're exactly who I hoped to reach. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. While those experiences may bring you to therapy, I believe our struggles don't happen in isolation. They often develop within the context of our relationships, experiences, and the roles we've learned to play. Together, we'll become curious about those patterns, question the expectations you've learned to carry, and decide which roles still fit the life you're trying to build and which you've outgrown. Therapy can be a place to set some of that weight down and reconnect with yourself. It can be life changing to give yourself permission not to fit neatly into predefined boxes.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, l'll want to understand what brought you to therapy, the experiences that have shaped you, what's feeling difficult right now, and what you hope will be different. We'll also talk about what's already working, because your strengths matter just as much as your struggles. By the end of our first meeting, my hope is that you'll leave feeling understood, with a clearer picture of where we can focus our work together and a sense of whether I'm the right therapist for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy while tailoring care to your unique needs and goals. I don't believe people need to be fixed. I believe they deserve the space to better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, long lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Professionals from underrepresented communities balancing career demands, family expectations, and their own sense of identity. Individuals dealing with burnout, ADHD, depression, and feeling as if they carry the weight all alone. If this sounds like you, I may be a good fit, if you are tired of masking and performing and you're ready to create space to live more authentically.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness is often woven into sessions through simple grounding practices, reflection, and pacing that supports the nervous system. For many clients, this becomes a foundation for managing anxiety, burnout, and life changes with more ease and self-trust.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT as a supportive and flexible framework rather than a rigid, worksheet-driven approach. My work focuses on helping clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, emotional reactions, and behaviors that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck.

Trauma Informed Care

I prioritize emotional safety, choice, and respect for each client’s pace and lived experience. Trauma informed therapy recognizes that stress, anxiety, and emotional patterns are often shaped by experiences and external factors beyond a person’s control. I work collaboratively and move at the client’s pace, without requiring them to revisit or relive experiences before they are ready. This approach supports regulation, creates a sense of safety from within, and helps restore personal trust and emotional stability over time.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy as a collaborative, forward looking approach that builds on a client’s existing strengths and values. SFBT helps to refine direction and behavioral changes to achieve personal goals.
