In my experience, I have learned that “hitting rock bottom” does not mean the end of your life, but rather a chance to rebuild your life the way you want it. Life can get stressful and often leave one “suffocating” from the pressure. It is in those moments that you need someone to stand in the chaos with you or help you rebuild. I empower clients to regain control and find balance in their lives. We’ll work together to change your perspective about the situations that are making you feel stuck and identify new ways to address them. Whether you are experiencing some lows in your life, seeking healing from trauma, or wanting to be a better version of yourself, I’ll meet you where you are and provide you with the tools you need to achieve your goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect to be heard and have a safe space to be honest with themselves without fear of judgement. I find that providing tasks to be completed outside of session helps clients stay motivated. I also like to interact with my clients and provide honest feedback if they desire.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are helping clients see life through a different lens and helping clients discover themselves in new ways. Sometimes a fresh perspective or view can change the way you think and feel about a situation. Another strength I have is helping clients break unhealthy generational cycles and create a new path for themselves and future generations.
