Clients shouldn't have to be in therapy forever! Together, we'll co-create a balanced approach combining active listening with practical techniques, helping you reclaim your narrative and overcome obstacles. My clinical and holistic approach aims for deeper alignment and fulfillment—think more water, less soda. As an LCSW, I'm trained in EMDR, certified in Theta Healing, Reiki, Transformational Life Coaching, and Therapeutic Touch, and am a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy. I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore your wants, needs, and emotions. You know yourself best, and our work is about uncovering your truths rather than imposing mine. Together, we'll determine the tools and approaches that best suit your needs, ensuring you feel heard, validated, and empowered. The goal is to help you confidently manage challenges independently over time. We'll walk side-by-side, with you gradually taking the lead and me offering steady support. If you have pressing concerns, those always take precedence. Our sessions focus on understanding HOW you think, not just WHAT you think, exploring both conscious and unconscious beliefs and emotions. You'll leave with clear, actionable steps, such as mindfulness exercises, creative writing prompts, meditation, and breathwork techniques to regulate emotions and reclaim your narrative. Therapy isn't about fixing what's "broken" but enhancing alignment and fulfillment while overcoming obstacles. By focusing on your goals and measuring progress, we can eliminate stigma, leaving shame behind and empowering you toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The nature of our first session will largely depend on whether you complete the intake form. If it is incomplete, most of the session will involve my needing to collect a lot of information about your background and presenting symptoms. But even then, I promise to share some helpful tips and tricks, and support you in exploring next steps in your therapeutic journey.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I incorporate a wide array of tools and approaches, from more clinical modalities, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT, to more creative directions, such live expressive arts therapy. If you are comfortable with this, I also find it can be helpful to incorporate a holistic approach, whereby the client begins to practice breath work and clearing subconscious limiting beliefs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I find I am well-balanced in both holding space and providing actionable solutions and tangible directions toward resolving clients' concerns. I also feel that I am well-suited to supporting clients who wish to not only engage in symptom management, but also leave feeling more aware of how to address negative patterns and feel more empowered to take daily actions to support their well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client would be a higher functioning adult who struggles with anxiety, low self-esteem, and/or depression, and would like to take more actionable steps to support their self-care.
