Hello, I am Shari.
Are you looking for someone you can feel safe to address your needs and not feel judged? Are you looking for someone authentic and supportive? Are you having difficulty finding someone who will be honest and direct?
I work well with anyone who is motivated to start addressing their concerns right away. I believe finding the right therapist can be challenging, but it should not be a barrier to getting help. Finding a therapist should feel comfortable and natural. I am told I have a way of helping people feel as if they have known me before.
I like to get an understanding of the source of your problem. Then together we explore how the source influences your thinking. People live life through their experiences which do not always serve us very well in today's time. I also believe in working from a holistic approach. Did you know our daily routines can prolong your recovery or cause mental instability? I have experienced being in a therapeutic relationship and believe in normalizing the need to get help in this way.
The one thing we share is the universal need to be heard without judgement or fear of shaming. The truth is , we have all been there , sometimes lost, sometimes angry , on top of the world then disillusioned. As much as we love our family and friends , sometimes they understand us the least. Let me help you to find the ways to cope , to understand what is going on in your life so that you can fix it. 20 years experience with every population to include adults, youth, anxiety, depression, couples, low self esteem , family issues, LGBTQI community welcome, all ethnicities and identification. I speak English and Spanish and will do my best to help and if I can’t I will refer you to someone that can. Here’s to better days , better control of self and your situation
I am licensed therapist, based in Texas, with 7 years of experience. I am here to support & empower you in your journey to overcome the stress, anxiety, depression or conflict in your life. I have experience in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, family conflict, trauma and depression. I have weekend and evening scheduling options available, in addition to what is shown on my calendar.
As an integrated practitioner (therapist, meditation coach, and yoga teacher), I offer a modality that shifts the focus from fixing to realizing. Unlike approaches that seek to modify internal content (thoughts, feelings) to achieve stability, we anchor our work in the unwavering integrity that is already present within you.
The core of our collaboration rests on the capacity to embrace the present moment, requiring: radical openness, unreserved honesty, and a willingness to soften old patterns of resistance.
I bring deep competence in supporting individuals navigating the challenges of trauma, substance dependency, and neurodiversity (including my own experience with AUDHD). Having served as a veteran and worked extensively with this population, I understand the unique barriers and strengths involved, reiterating that the depth of the work is proportional to the sincerity of engagement.
This process is a shared inquiry. I act as a mirror and a compass, offering guidance to help you navigate toward the innate wisdom that already holds the answers. The true authority resides in your own developing awareness.
Secure online sessions in Indiana, Arizona, Texas, New Hampshire, and Illinois.

My clients often long for deeper peace, stronger boundaries, and more authentic relationships—but they may not know where to start. Many are navigating life transitions, past trauma, or complex emotions that leave them feeling isolated or exhausted. They want to feel more grounded, aligned, and confident in who they are and how they move through the world. That’s where I come in. I help by creating a compassionate, empowering space for you to slow down, tune in, & heal. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want to live. My work is rooted in modalities like ACT, CBT, IFS, Brainspotting, & mindfulness. In our first few sessions, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and not rushed.
Do you feel you have a lot weighing on your mind but don’t know where to let it out? Do you often find yourself hesitant to talk through how you’re feeling? It takes courage to recognize the need to reach out to someone and even more so to act on it.

My goal is to empower you to overcome personal obstacles that will improve your relationship first with yourself and achieve your goals. Depending on your goals and needs the therapeutic process can include mindfulness, insight, and self-growth that will help you develop coping strategies and apply them to your day-to-day life to reach your full potential and begin to look forward to the future with hope.
I value my role as a counselor and work hard to help my clients feel comfortable and supported through the counseling process. It is most important to me that there is a strong rapport between you and me, where you feel comfortable to be yourself, in a non-judgmental atmosphere. I would love to have the opportunity to support you through your wellness journey.
Taking the first step toward therapy can stir up a mix of emotions—hope, uncertainty, maybe even fear. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I approach therapy professionally, but I also bring my authentic self into the room—whether that’s sharing a laugh, expressing empathy, or responding naturally in the moment.

Hello, I'm Kim! I've wanted to be in a helping profession since I can remember; I just didn't know exactly how. I fell in love with Social Work during a global childrens’ health course in undergrad in 2005 and the rest is history. I continued studying Social Work, Psychology and Sociology and learning as much as I could inside and outside the classroom. I’ve worked in many different professional settings including child welfare, managing group homes for individuals with disabilities, early intervention assessment and skills training, care management in a domestic violence survivor program, and as a mental health technician, social worker in an emergency department, therapist and Assistant Clinical Director in a psychiatric hospital. My diverse professional and personal backgrounds make me a holistic provider.

Therapy with me is taking a journey through the labyrinth of your mind. It's a journey into who you are, or think you are, and why. It's narrating your stories through the use of a metaphysical philosophy of Epistemology, which is the study of Knowledge. Your subconscious and Shadow, the stories you tell yourself and where they came from. Mindfully exploring if what you see is Reality or just perception. It's family of origin, a examining the stories through a cognitive behavior eye-why you are the way you are, and what to do about it. How to interact from a place of authenticity without letting outside judgements play games with your stories.

Hello, I am a retired educator who served for 30 years, with over 17 years as a school counselor, working with families and individual students from 4 years of age to 18 years old. I worked with students setting goals, problem solving, as well as, working to manage anger and grief. I also assisted many parents in finding more effective tools in behavior management systems at home and was able to help parents and adolescents find better tools to communicate with each other throughout my career as a school counselor. As retirement drew near, I received my LPC and went into the private sector and began working mainly with individuals who experienced trauma, through a non-profit organization. I have a passion working with individuals and families and assisting them in finding their way through difficult situations in life. I especially love assisting parents with difficulties with children in the school setting and then later assisting trauma victims in regaining their power and strength through some of the darkest days. I understand what it is like to grieve and hurt when people you trust the most in the world, break your trust and finding your way out of that dark tunnel is difficult, but possible. My goal as a therapist is always to assist my clients in becoming a stronger individual and knowing that they are always stronger and better because of and In-spite of what they have been through, because they are Survivors!

Hi, I'm Jay. I'm a cognitive-behavioral therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I excel at helping people with mood-, relationship-, and trauma-related issues. I have advanced training from the Feeling Good Institute and continue to train in CBT and other approaches.
I provide data-driven care. We'll track your mood before and after each session. We'll also track your satisfaction with our therapy sessions so we can make adjustments to make it as optimal as possible. This is also the primary way that I improve as a therapist - with your immediate feedback.
We'll use Google Drive as our hub for your therapeutic growth. You'll have your homework and session tracker, data tracker, and all of our customized work together in one place to take with you after we complete therapy together.
I see people weekly, or biweekly, for hour long sessions. The vast majority of people will experience significant improvement in their areas of concern in just 3-4 sessions.
