Hello, my name is Shannon. I consider myself a caring and insightful therapist who has always had a passion for discovering the beauty in all that I encounter. As a therapist, my goal is to help you uncover the beauty of what lies within, your true potential. I work to equip clients with the necessary tools to tackle the world one issue at a time. I work with adults and couples providing a safe, affirming, non-judgmental space for healing and support. As a humanistic and mindful therapist, I help clients gain a better understanding of their emotions and experiences by establishing a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

I have extensive experience working with clients from various cultural, spiritual, and religious backgrounds. I like to utilize a combination of the following approaches to help aid in addressing the issues identified in treatment: Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

I provide authentic therapeutic support to all individuals and varied experiences. I seek to help end the stigmas and stereotypes of mental health care in Black/Brown communities. If you're not at peace in life it can cause you to feel anxious, worried, uncertain, depressed or even insecure.
