Self-care is often a struggle when we consistently are juggling the daily challenges of life. It can be hard to stop and prioritize your emotional health when it's not part of your routine. I help individuals manage anxious feelings, depressed feelings, and life changes. Together we will address your challenges and navigate how to accomplish your goals. I want to create a safe space for you to share your thoughts and plan for the life you desire. It takes courage to acknowledge when you need help but you have started the process by coming this far.
