Helping others has always been deeply important to me, and my experiences working with individuals facing emotional, physical, and life challenges inspired me to pursue counseling. I specialize in supporting individuals living with chronic pain or illness, caregivers experiencing burnout, and those navigating stress, emotional difficulties, or major life transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel safe sharing and we can begin identifying the best path forward together.

I offer thoughtful feedback and ask questions that help you gain insight, build coping skills, and move forward with greater clarity.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that may impact emotions and behaviors. Through this process, clients are supported in developing healthier perspectives, strengthening emotional awareness, and creating meaningful mindset shifts that promote personal growth and overall well-being.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I incorporate ACT techniques to support mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based decision making. This approach helps clients build greater psychological flexibility while fostering a more meaningful and values-driven life.
Integrative
My integrative approach allows treatment to be thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs, personal experiences, and therapeutic goals, creating a supportive and individualized path toward growth and healing.
