Hi there ! As a former educator, I’ve always been passionate about helping others grow, discover their potential, and build confidence in their own abilities. Transitioning into the field of mental health as a social worker , I continue that same mission supporting individuals as they navigate the challenges of life. I believe everyone has unique inner strengths, and my goal is to help you uncover and enhance those strengths . I use evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Solution -Focused brief therapy, Trauma Focused CBT and Narrative therapy to support meaningful growth and progress. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy the simple joys of spending time with my dogs. They remind me daily of the importance of connection, balance, and play. I look forward to working with you as you move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. You will have space to share your concerns, experiences, and goals at your own pace. I will ask questions to better understand your needs, strengths, and areas where you would like support. Together, we will begin identifying goals and talk about how therapy can be structured in a way that feels supportive, collaborative, and aligned with your growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include creating a supportive and welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach that helps clients gain insight while building practical coping skills they can apply in daily life. I focus on meeting clients where they are, integrating evidence-based strategies, and supporting growth that promotes confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are young adults and adults who are navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and challenges with self-confidence or emotional regulation. I work best with individuals who are open to self-exploration and ready to develop practical coping skills while gaining insight into their experiences. Together, we focus on building resilience, strengthening communication, and supporting meaningful personal growth.
