Hi, I'm Dr. Lauren! I have over 10 years of clinical experience working primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and selective mutism. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia. After completing a neuropsychology fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital Lurie Center for Autism during the COVID-19 pandemic, I knew I wanted to return home to Philly. I went on to complete a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Autism Research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where I later worked as a staff psychologist for nearly four years. I'm now excited to bring this experience to my own private practice, where I can focus on providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual and family. In my free time, I enjoy singing, playing golf, going out to eat, and spending time with my fiancé and 4-year-old rescue chihuahua-mix, Nugget.

I specialize in helping survivors of domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and adult children of emotionally immature parents. I am certified as a Level 2 Complex Trauma Professional, a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, and a Personality Disorder Clinician. I am specially trained in EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Pathological Love Relationships, Personality Disorders and Narcissistic Abuse. Prior to opening my own practice, I founded the therapy department for a non-profit Domestic Violence Organization; creating practices, procedures, program assessment, staff training, and the therapeutic curriculum for survivors of domestic violence. I am a frequent guest speaker at conferences, facilitating workshops on Trauma Informed Care, Domestic Violence, and Trauma Interventions. In our work together, you are the expert of your story, and your strengths will help you overcome the obstacles ahead. My role is in helping you realize your power and supporting you through the healing journey. I'm humbled by each person that allows me to be a part of their journey and look forward to working with you! In my free time, I enjoy taking care of my cats, dogs, parrots, and horses. As an semi-professional musician I continue to enjoy playing piano, clarinet, flute, and violin. I am proud to be a bass clarinetist for the North Pittsburgh Symphonic Band and the Musician's Concert Band. I also enjoy bluegrass music and sang family's bluegrass band "Keep Off the Grass" for many years prior to our banjo player, my talented father, passing away. My friends describe me as unique, humorous and quirky; all qualities that I am proud to incorporate into the way I provide therapy.

"Welcome. I'm Jeanette DeSilva, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with 16 years dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their journey to lasting freedom from issues such as anxiety and depression, destructive behaviors and addiction or those who are just wanting help developing a deeper spiritual life and rebuild their relationship with God. In our work together, I integrate the evidence-based principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The core idea of CBT is that our thoughts significantly influence our feelings and behaviors. Together we'll work collaboratively to identify and re-frame unhelpful thought patterns, belief systems and behaviors that contribute to mental health struggles, poor self-image, relationship issues, grief and loss and destructive behaviors like unhealthy coping. My goal is to equip you with practical and therapeutic skills and strategies to navigate the challenges of mental health disturbances, addiction issues or just difficult life struggles you may currently be facing. If spirituality is an important aspect of your life and you are wanting it a part of your therapeutic process, as a Christian Counselor I am skilled in utilizing biblical principles such as scripture, prayer and meditation into proven therapeutic approaches to help in building a strong arsenal to overcome and resolve life's challenges and walk in complete healing and freedom. Science and faith can truly work together. We will focus on: Addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and interpersonal/relational conflict resolution. I am also extensively experienced in substance abuse and addictions. Identifying and Resolving Destructive Behaviors: Addressing any unwanted behaviors such as substance abuse, self-medicating behaviors or just cycles and patterns of critical inner dialogue and destructive core beliefs blocking your growth. You are not alone in this struggle. I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic space where we can work together to help you achieve lasting emotional/mental change.

Hello, my name is Mr. Frazier, and I have been a therapist for more than 30 years, working with individuals across a variety of therapeutic settings. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience through my work with clinics, agencies, and hospitals, developing the knowledge and insight that I now bring to my practice. Before becoming a therapist, family members, friends, and even colleagues from previous occupations often shared that I was someone who was easy to talk to and made them feel comfortable opening up. Along with my natural ability to connect with people, my education, clinical training, and years of experience working with diverse populations inspired me to continue expanding my ability to help others. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of meeting and collaborating with individuals from small-town communities, major cities, and a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and success, regardless of their current circumstances.

If you’ve ever found yourself asking, “Where did we go wrong?” or aching to feel close to someone who now feels like a stranger, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place. I help couples and families untangle the distance, rediscover connection, and bring tenderness back to the forefront of their relationships. Rooted in a connection-based approach, my work is about uncovering what’s been buried—beneath silence, fear, or hurt—and making space for honesty, softness, and growth. With a background in Psychology and Family Science from Towson University and a Master’s in Family Therapy from Drexel University, I blend clinical insight with deep compassion. Together, we’ll work to rebuild what feels lost, and create a love you can feel again.

Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that first step feel as comfortable as possible. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional regulation difficulties. Many of my clients are used to feeling overwhelmed, overthinking, struggling to keep up with responsibilities, or wondering why things that seem easy for others feel so much harder. Together, we'll work to better understand what's contributing to those challenges while building practical skills that fit your life and your goals. I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each client's strengths, experiences, and values. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative, balancing support with practical strategies that help you create meaningful and lasting change. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I value creating an inclusive, affirming environment where clients feel respected and understood. Whether you're looking to improve relationships, manage ADHD or anxiety, navigate a difficult transition, or simply gain a better understanding of yourself, you don't have to do it alone. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with tools you can begin using in your everyday life. Hello and welcome to my practice. I work exclusively with people in their 20s through their 30s. Please disregard the platform, which is programmed for Age Groups 18 - 64. This stage of life can bring many questions about direction, purpose and relationships. Together, we'll facilitate how you want to show up in the world. Perhaps you're feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or noticing patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll take time to explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want to live. Psychotherapy is a space where you can show up, be your authentic self, slow down, reflect, and begin to experience yourself in a setting to realize yourself. Our conversations will focus on how you relate to your thoughts, feelings, body and the people around you as well as to the broader world. By paying close attention to your speech, we can begin to grasp patterns and themes that are facilitating you to flourish and those that are keeping you stuck. My goal is to support you as you gain greater freedom to choose how you create your lived experience. Let's talk.

Hi there. It's a pleasure to meet you. I am a Board-Certified Music Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. I recognize the impact trauma can have on emotions, relationships, and daily life, and I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. As a creative arts therapist, I may incorporate music and other expressive approaches when beneficial, helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and explore emotions in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful. My goal is to help clients gain confidence, strengthen resilience, and create lasting positive change. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I strive to meet clients where they are and adapt my style to best support their individual needs and goals. I value authenticity, collaboration, and creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. My professional experience includes working as a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) therapist, where I supported individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. I currently work as a school counselor, helping students navigate academic, social, emotional, and personal concerns. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy reading books, watching a variety of TV shows, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I love discovering new places and experiences, which helps me bring curiosity, openness, and a genuine appreciation for different perspectives into my work with clients.
