My role is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can begin to heal, discover new ways of coping, and create the lasting change you deserve. I offer a safe, supportive space to be heard and understood while we work together to shift patterns, learn effective tools, and create space for healing and growth. I help children, adolescents, and adults work through trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, offering practical tools and support tailored to your needs. Together, we focus on healing, building resilience, and creating lasting change. Life can feel overwhelming, leaving you unsure of how to cope or move forward. You do not have to navigate this journey alone. Together we can focus on building resilience, finding clarity, and moving toward a life filled with greater balance and possibility.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, there’s no pressure to have all the answers. I’ll ask some gentle questions to understand your goals, concerns, and what support might feel most helpful. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as we begin this work together.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I blend evidence-based methods with deep empathy, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. Clients often share that they feel genuinely heard and supported, and they appreciate the balance of practical tools with space for reflection. I use CBT to help clients understand how their thoughts impact their feelings and behaviors. Together, we work on building more balanced thinking patterns that support growth and confidence.
I take a person-centered approach by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I trust that each person has the strength within to move forward, sometimes they just need the right support.
I believe knowledge is power, so I use psychoeducation to help clients make sense of what they're experiencing. When clients understand their mental health, they often feel more hopeful and in control.
