Welcome! I’m an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) practicing in Pennsylvania and the founder of Blythe Wellness. I provide compassionate telehealth counseling services designed to meet you wherever you are. With a Master’s degree from Rosemont College and over ten years of experience in behavioral health, I’m dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I’m also a National Certified Counselor, Mental Health Life Coach and Certified Amputee Peer Specialist, which allows me to bring a unique and empathetic perspective to our work together. My goal is to partner with you to reduce your symptoms and foster personal growth so you can move forward with greater confidence and well-being. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and fulfillment.
In our first session, we'll establish rapport through introductions, creating a comfortable space for you to share openly. We'll then discuss your specific challenges, such as anxiety or depression symptoms, to tailor a personalized treatment plan. This plan may include therapy techniques, coping strategies, and goal-setting to address your concerns effectively. Throughout our sessions, I'll regularly check in to assess progress and adjust our approach as needed. Together, we'll work towards overcoming difficulties and fostering lasting positive change in your life, with your well-being as our top priority.
I have more than ten years of experience in behavioral health, assisting adults dealing with mental, physical, and substance abuse issues. My passion lies in uncovering the root causes of these challenges and developing personalized plans that lead to measurable progress.
I work best with individuals who are ready—whether cautiously or wholeheartedly—to explore themselves more deeply. My ideal clients are often thoughtful, self-aware, and may feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand yet. They might be dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a general sense of overwhelm or disconnection. Many of the people I serve are used to holding things together on the outside while struggling internally. They may be high-achieving or deeply responsible, yet find it hard to slow down, set boundaries, or prioritize their own needs without guilt. I’m especially well-positioned to support clients who are curious about their inner world and open to reflection. You don’t need to have everything figured out—but a willingness to be honest, even when it’s uncomfortable, goes a long way in our work together. In therapy, my clients often want to: -Better understand their emotions and patterns -Build healthier relationships (with others and themselves) -Reduce anxiety, stress, or self-criticism -Navigate major life changes with more clarity and confidence -Feel more grounded, authentic, and aligned in their daily lives I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment—and begin to make sense of your experiences in a way that feels empowering and meaningful.
