I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2009. My background is in child and family therapy, early childhood, and perinatal behavioral health. I am able to support both parents and children to have a healthy relationship. I also have experience in working with Adult ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Childhood behavioral health, and PTSD or trauma.
When we meet I will ask questions to get a sense of what's going on, often starting with "What's bringing you in?". From there, we will discuss diagnoses and potential focus for treatment. I am patient led and will gently challenge when necessary.
I like to think I am open, honest, relatable and have a lot of empathy for the people I work with.
Perinatal/post-partum counseling is a personal passion of mine. Although I enjoy working with patients of various ages and a variety of concerns.
