Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW). I'm based in Georgia but licensed in multiple states. I received my Masters from the University of Tennessee and have been practicing for 3 years. I enjoy with adults and older adults. I am passionate about assisting clients in discovering the tools they possess to manage their mood and improve their overall mental well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, discuss background information, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create an individualized plan for our time together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to connect to my clients. I cultivate an environment of healing, freedom, and laughter and employed an array of treatment modalities to enable my clients to achieve their desired outcome.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

This treatment modality is short term and goal oriented. I utilize this approach to helps clients overcome difficulties by focusing on a solution to their problem instead of the actual problem. I partner with clients to enable them to identity their strengths and resources to overcome challenges they are experiencing.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT is a mindfulness-based approach utilized for a variety of issues. I utilize ACT to assist my clients in accepting their thoughts and feelings without judgment to process difficult emotions.
