New to Grow
Hi, I'm Claire. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I earned my Master of Social Work from Temple University in 2022. With four years of clinical experience, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. I bring compassion and dedication to my work, and I find great meaning in helping clients navigate difficulties, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. It is a privilege to witness and support my clients as they overcome obstacles and move toward more fulfilling lives.
In our work together, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you set the pace. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to what you need each week. If you’re looking for a therapist who is both compassionate and practical—someone who will validate your experiences while helping you create meaningful change—I’d love to connect
I provide a unique approach for therapy which blends evidence based treatment with life coaching. I help my patients navigate challenges and transitions in life while feeling supported in finding the right direction for them.
The clients I most often work with are adults who feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with the demands of daily life—especially those navigating ADHD, anxiety, or major life transitions. Many are intelligent, capable individuals who struggle with executive functioning challenges like procrastination, disorganization, and difficulty sustaining motivation. I also frequently support individuals in the perinatal period, including those experiencing pregnancy, postpartum changes, or the emotional adjustment to new parenthood. These clients are often balancing identity shifts, increased responsibility, and heightened anxiety or mood symptoms.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use ACT with clients experiencing grief or other changes in their lives, whether that's losing someone, becoming a parent, or starting a new chapter in life. I can help you to accept and adjust to these big changes
Psychoeducation
I help clients better understand what is going on in their own brains, whether that's neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, or trauma. Understanding why you are thinking a certain way is the first step towards changing it.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I work with clients to restructure and modify your anxious or negative thoughts through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use DBT as an effective treatment method for neurodivergent individuals because of its focus on emotional regulation.
