(she/her)
I specialize in supporting individuals as they navigate the complexities of emotional regulation, trauma processing, and the management of anxiety and depressive symptoms. My clinical experience spans working with both adolescents and adults facing a variety of challenges, including social difficulties, deep-seated trauma, and significant life transitions. I blend a gentle, compassionate interpersonal style with factual psycho-education, an approach designed to help you effectively regulate your emotions and process the experiences that have shaped you.
As your clinician, my primary goal is to help you establish a healthy foundation for your future. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your unique experiences and feelings at a pace that feels secure for you.
I approach every professional relationship with the core philosophy that all behavior makes sense within its context. You deserve to recognize your own inherent worth, and I am dedicated to helping you empower the best parts of yourself while finding the balance you need in the present moment. My therapeutic practice is grounded in evidence-based and person-centered modalities. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to provide practical tools for distress tolerance and emotional balance, alongside Narrative Therapy to help you re-author your story and find agency in your life. By maintaining a strengths-based perspective and providing trauma-informed care, I ensure a clinical space rooted in safety and empowerment.
I specialize in supporting adults and teens (age 15 and up) as they navigate the complexities of emotional regulation, trauma processing, and the management of anxiety and depressive symptoms. I work best with clients who are going through life transitions such as starting/leaving college, relationship challenges and changes, going through grief, etc. I enjoy working with individuals wanting to process childhood trauma.
