New to Grow
I enter all professional relationships with my clients with the belief that all behavior makes sense in context. You deserve to feel good about yourself and see the good in you. I look forward to working with you to empower and develop the best parts of yourself as well as find the balance and what you need in this moment.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
My goal as your clinician is to help you build healthy foundations for your future by meeting you where you are at. I provide a safe, judgement free, space for you to share specific feelings and experiences at your own pace.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My therapeutic approach includes DBT skills, narrative therapy, a strengths based approach and trauma-informed care. My approach can be gentle and compassionate with factual psycho-education. With this approach, I can help you emotionally regulate, feel safe, and process feelings and experiences.
