My name is Dr. Steven Mehl and I have been a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania since July of 2016. I have worked primarily in college counseling centers as well as in nursing and rehabilitation facilities. In addition, I have worked for over a decade with adults of varying abilities who carry a diagnosis of developmental (autism spectrum) and/or intellectual disabilities. I have also gained some experience working with individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction while working at an outpatient treatment center.
I have worked with individuals of all different ages and backgrounds and have enjoyed helping them address different psychological and general life issues. I practice primarily cognitive-behavioral (CBT) therapy, while also utilizing some alternative approaches.
As a therapist, I strive to help clients by first establishing a sense of their background and aspects of their current motivation. It is this motivation that will help to propel the therapeutic process forward and ensure that you, the client, are the one who is in control.

Hi I'm Fabyonne,
Our stressors, which can include hectic lives, and often overwhelming schedules, can keep us from living our very best life. Do you wish you could just check out of the matrix and reset if only for a moment? Well, I am here to help you do just that.
I am both an LPC and MFT and for this reason, I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities and resources to help you regain a sense of control when life feels chaotic. Granting you the space to verbally process all the answers (which by the way have been placed inside you) necessary to heal and deal with all life throws your way.
As a clinician trained in EFT and EMDR accompanied by being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I lean into trauma informed care, attachment and family systems.
My history includes a 25-year teaching career and a slow transition to a full-time therapist in the last 8 years. The classroom experience is where I learned the foundational structure and hands-on impact of counseling (as teachers are literally everything to everybody).

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker based in PA. I received my MSW from Temple University(go Owls) and have practiced in diverse settings for 21 years. I love what I do and I love being on the journey with my clients to achieve whatever their goals may be. I strive to provide a safe environment for my clients where they can be their authentic selves with no judgment, agenda, or criticism. We are all worthy of self-care and however it looks for each individual.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience. I really enjoy helping people navigate the challenges of changing and maintaining roles in life---exploring young adulthood, how to maintain your own identity as a parent, how to create a life worth living in whatever stage you are in. I feel like I am very open, non judgmental, eager to learn, empathetic and understanding. And funny!
I am a gender affirming therapist. I am an ally in the LGB and TNC Communities, always keeping my eyes and ears open to find ways to improve my allyship. The current political climate is traumatic and oppressive to members of these Communities. I want to create space in session to discuss how that may be affecting you or retraumatizing you. I am also a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. I am comfortable providing documentation for medical transition.
I am very comfortable with working with those who use self harm as a coping mechanism--there is no shame or expectation you must stop when you engage in therapy. I'm fine with talking about suicide, whether it's your own personal experience of trying to find a life worth living, your experience of supporting someone who lives with suicide in their life, or grief around experiences of suicide. I do not believe inpatient hospitalization is an effective treatment for those experiencing suicide and do everything I can as a therapist to keep people out of the hospital when in suicidal crisis.
I do believe therapy is political. I am social justice focused, continuing to do my own anti-racism work. I believe in Health at Every Size. I believe that our environment and what we experience in life has a profound affect on us and must be discussed in therapy.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who wants to help children, teens, adults, and families have access to everything they need in order to experience health, safety, belonging and a sense of their purpose. I have experience in a variety of settings, am currently working as a school therapist, and am starting my private practice journey during the evenings. I strive to do all things with detail, curiosity and authenticity within a trauma informed perspective. I believe the little things add up, self-care is more than a bubble bath, and your environment and relationships have a direct impact on your mental health. When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my favorite people and dog.
As a multi-tasking Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Director, and mother of 5, I understand how the trials and tribulations of everyday life stressors can accumulate and wear one down. My primary goal as a clinician is to provide a safe environment where an individual can process stress, explore interpersonal relationships, and life goals to be re-energized by a life worth living, empowered over self-doubt and be able to reach one's potential.
I am passionate about trauma-informed care and understand the importance of utilizing evidenced-based practices. With over 15 years of experience working in Community Behavioral Health, I have worked with individuals from varying backgrounds, large age ranges, and a spectrum of diagnoses.
Hi there, my name is Karen.
Are symptoms of stress, anxiety and/or depression getting in the way of you enjoying life to its fullest? Are your relationships or job performance feeling the impact too? Accepting support could be the best decision you make to start heading in a much better direction.
I find it to be an incredible honor to get to know clients, no matter where they are on their journeys. And I love the process of holding a safe space for those ready to do what it takes to break free of the perceived limitations that difficult symptoms conspire to create. And for those just thinking about getting ready too!
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches (including CBT, Nurtured Heart, EFT), infused with some humor and deep reverence for the clients with whom I have the honor of meeting. If you're looking for support, even if it's not with me, I hope you take that first step today!

Our relationship with our self and others has worth and is useful to explore in counseling.

Hi there, I'm Mandy.
Are you feeling stuck or held back from the life you truly want to live? Life’s challenges—stress, pain, and unresolved experiences—often settle in our bodies, shaping how we move through the world. These experiences impact our nervous system, relationships, and sense of safety until we learn to work with them. By gently turning toward these parts of ourselves, we create space for healing and growth. My goal is to support you to feel heard, seen, and empowered to transform these challenges. Through mind-body-spirit integration, you'll reconnect, find balance, and discover what transformation means for you.
Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and Ohio with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. My passion is helping individuals who have experienced domestic abuse, trauma, and emotional pain find healing, regain their sense of purpose, and reconnect with their “WHY.”
I specialize in supporting clients struggling with symptoms such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, mistrust, and hopelessness. Many of the individuals I work with face challenges in toxic or unhealthy relationships—whether personal or professional—and together we focus on breaking free from these cycles to rediscover inner strength, confidence, and direction.
My approach is grounded in the belief that your story has power. I have had the privilege of guiding clients not only through their healing process but also toward sharing their stories—some have even published books that inspire others to seek help and begin their own healing journeys.
Working with me, you will find a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process your pain, explore your strengths, and transform trauma into resilience. I tailor treatment plans to your unique needs and honor you as the expert of your own story. While I may not always have every answer, I will stand beside you as you uncover your own path forward.
My goal is to help you heal, re-energize, and embrace your life story with confidence and strength. Together, we can transform emotional pain into empowerment and help you live with renewed purpose and clarity of your “WHY.”
Your story matters. Your life has value. You are worth it.
Seeking help through life's difficulties can be daunting. It can, at times, also be met with some disapproval by others who don't understand the position that you are in or the struggles you face. I want to acknowledge your bravery in taking this step to prioritize your mental health. It isn't easy, but I can assure you it will be worth it.

Welcome! My name is Evan Miller and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
The goal of therapy is to facilitate personal growth and help you improve your life. I believe there is no one-size-fits all approach to therapy, so this can take many shapes and forms depending on your needs. Whether you're looking to build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, change your unwanted habits, better manage your stress or just feel better emotionally - I am here to help!
I consider the therapeutic relationship to be fundamental to all forms of good therapy, so I continually strive to create an environment that is supportive, safe, authentic, comfortable and non-judgmental. While I have specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (M.I.) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, I utilize a person-centered and integrative approach that also incorporates elements of attachment theory, existential-humanistic theory and harm reduction philosophy.
I am a licensed psychologist in PA, with a specialty in clinical psychology. For the past 30 years I have specialized in college mental health working with young adults and late adolescents from a variety of theoretical perspectives, specializing in individual, group therapy, and family therapy as well as hypnotherapy modalities. Prior to becoming a psychologist, I had training and experience with helping individuals and families with substance abuse, recovery from sexual, emotional, and physical abuse history, and personality or interpersonal style problems.

Hello there, I'm Elizabeth
How are you doing? How are you feeling today? Are you finding it difficult to navigate, manage and overcome daily and other life struggles?
I want to start by appreciating you for taking the first step in your healing journey by being here because seeking therapy can be terrifying. It is never too soon or too late to ask for help and constructively work towards your life goals. Over the years, I have worked with individuals struggling with stressful situations, depression, anxiety ADHD, trauma-related issues etc. Let’s work through these challenges together to identify the problem, explore new and alternative ways to make changes and start building healthier habits. To get you there, we will use different evidence-based approaches based on the identified needs and goals.
I believe therapy works best when it feels human, safe, and real. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys walking alongside people as they sort through life’s challenges and begin to understand themselves more clearly. Many of the individuals I work with feel anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their direction. My role is to help you slow down, gain insight, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt therapy, and Bowen’s concept of differentiation. In simple terms, that means we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. We look at the different “parts” of you that may be in conflict and help you develop the ability to stay true to yourself while staying connected to others. Over time, this often leads to healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of balance.
I value honest conversation and believe meaningful growth comes from awareness paired with action. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, but also practical. I want you to leave sessions with insight you can actually apply in your daily life.
On a personal note, I’m married and a proud father of four adult children. I enjoy traveling, spending time on the golf course, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. I believe growth doesn’t stop at any stage of life, and I try to live that belief myself.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more fully and create lasting change, I’d be honored to support you in that process.
Counseling is a space where you can explore, process, heal and grow. By being vulnerable we can allow ourselves the space to reflect on who we are now and where we have come from. I believe that we deserve a space where we can feel safe, comfortable and free from judgement. In this space, we can take out some of the boxes that are stored away and discover how we can let go of what no longer serves us while creating new ways of being and relating to ourselves, others, and the world around us .

Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified art therapist. I have been practicing for just over six years and I received my masters degree in art therapy from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I help clients with various needs such as anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, relationships, communication and coping skills to help become the best versions of themselves. I started my journey at KidsPeace Children's Hospital as an art therapist for a couple years, running group and individual therapy sessions. After KidsPeace I transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown as a therapist running group therapy sessions. Talk therapy is the most common method of therapy on this platform, but be aware that if you do have any interest in art therapy, we can certainly incorporate that into our work together whether that be during our sessions or for homework. The choice is yours!

In my free time, I enjoy taking care of my cats, dogs, parrots, and horses. As an semi-professional musician I continue to enjoy playing piano, clarinet, flute, and violin. I am proud to be a bass clarinetist for the North Pittsburgh Symphonic Band and the Musician's Concert Band. I also enjoy bluegrass music and sang family's bluegrass band "Keep Off the Grass" for many years prior to our banjo player, my talented father, passing away. My friends describe me as unique, humorous and quirky; all qualities that I am proud to incorporate into the way I provide therapy.
What if life’s challenges and stressors didn’t prevent you from living a meaningful, fulfilling life? I believe that therapy should set you up to live real life, so I’m all about helping my clients develop coping skills to deal with life’s stressors and challenges. Let’s be honest - fixing all of your problems isn’t very realistic, is it?? I also emphasize being realistic about how our minds work. How many times have you had an unpleasant thought or emotion that you tried to banish from your mind once and for all, just to notice that the thought or emotion came back? That’s why I work with clients to change their relationship with distressing thoughts, emotions, and symptoms instead of trying to avoid or change them. I support my clients in recognizing that as long as we don’t let distressing thoughts and feelings overpower us, we are free to make choices that add up to create a fulfilling life.
My therapeutic style is very collaborative and inquisitive. I believe that therapy is a group project between my client and me, meaning that it is important for clients to be engaged in therapy and apply what they learn in therapy to their own lives outside of session. I’m the type of therapist that asks open-ended questions to help my clients make connections between their past and their present lives and between their internal experiences and external environment.
Life can change fast—new jobs, breakups, family stress, burnout, loss—and even when things look fine on the outside, inside you might feel anxious, stuck, or unsure who you are right now. You’ve been doing your best to hold it all together, but lately it’s started to feel like too much. I help people move through anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions with a compassionate, mind-body approach that restores clarity, confidence, and calm. Therapy offers space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself—let’s take that next step together.

Hello, I'm Tatiana, a licensed professional counselor and a certified Gestalt therapist. I have a Master of Science degree in Psychology, a Post-Master certification in Clinical Psychology, and a certification in Gestalt therapy from the Gestalt Training Institute of Philadelphia. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based method for working with trauma, PTSD, and deeply ingrained patterns that stem from past experiences.
Embarking on the journey of therapy is a courageous step, and I commend you for taking it. Recognizing the complexities that come with seeking help, I aim to provide a nurturing and empowering space for your healing and growth.
I am committed to creating a space that respects and supports diverse identities and relationship experiences. My practice centers around creating an inclusive environment that acknowledges and respects LGBTQ+, as well as non-monogamous and other relationship styles. Whether you’re navigating monogamous relationships, ethical non-monogamy (ENM) in all its forms—including polyamory—or questioning your relationship dynamic, my approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and acceptance. Your unique identities, relationship dynamics, and lived experiences matter, and I am here to support you with openness and understanding.
You should be proud of yourself, looking through therapist’s profiles is the first step to finding support. I approach every working relationship with a deep sense of compassion and understanding. I believe in the healing power of nature, community, and personal accountability. We would focus on helping you increase awareness, problem solve, find solutions, and take action.
I believe in the connection between physical health and mental health, striving towards improving both areas when needed. Gently, we will explore all areas of your life to identify patterns, practice a change mindset, and create manageable coping skills. We will work on identifying emotions, communication skills, and increasing vulnerability in a safe way, to bring honesty to yourself and others in your life.
I provide psychotherapy for teens & young adults - ages 12-29. Whether you’ve stumbled, hit a roadblock, or are at a crossroads, I am here to partner with you on your journey to the best version of yourself. This means both Empowering Change and Honoring Courage. Let me put my experience to work helping you or your family member navigate whatever challenges you may be facing.
