By focusing on the interplay between your past and present, we unlock the feelings that may be holding you back, paving the way for a truly authentic and transformed life.
Whether this is your first step into therapy or you’re seeking a new direction after prior treatment, there is a way to find lasting peace. By focusing on the interplay between your past and present, we unlock the feelings that may be holding you back, paving the way for a truly authentic and transformed life.
Stages of life and life issues such as career, relationships, trauma, anxiety and depression are typical concerns addressed in my practice. Goals of wanting to reduce stress, shame and guilt, and increase better overall mood with better quality of life are approached with talk therapy. Clients concerns are met with a collaborative treatment plan and interventions that work best for the client.
Psychodynamic therapy is a form of talk therapy that explores how unconscious thoughts, feelings, and past childhood experiences shape a person's current behavior and relationships.
