Do you want to break free from what’s holding you back? Sometimes thoughts and behaviors we developed to overcome difficult times are no longer serving a purpose. We all come with positive and negative experiences that inform how we move through the world. Difficult experiences don’t need to define or control us. Together we will work to understand your story, develop self-compassion, and ultimately make positive, long-lasting change.
