I am licensed in Pennsylvania with over 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will give us an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss your background and the motivations for beginning therapy. This discussion will help us identify the goals you wish to pursue. Although taking that first step can feel daunting, remember that all journeys start with the first step.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over the years, I have learned that some of my strengths as a provider include being able to meet individuals where they are, listening to their stories without judgement, helping them find their strengths, and gain skills that help them meet their goals.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking assistance in improving their ability to cope with symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well has assisting individuals with transitions in their lives.
