New to Grow
Hi, I’m Robyne, a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I hold several certifications in trauma, attachment, nutrition, and somatic care, which allow me to approach treatment from a holistic perspective—addressing both the mind and body. I specialize in working with unresolved trauma, complex PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My approach is compassionate and straightforward. I believe in creating a warm, safe space where you can feel truly seen and heard. While I’m honest and direct in our work together, I also bring empathy, humor, and flexibility to each session. Above all, I aim to help you find balance between mind, body, and soul so that you can move toward a healthier, more grounded version of yourself.
Here are some things you can expect from your first session. I aim to gain a clear understanding of the client's needs and expectations of me as their counselor. I will obtain a background of your history and your current situation. We will also discuss the treatment plan and how to move forward in our sessions. The first few sessions will be building rapport and getting to know each other. Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding your goals. We’ll explore your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll also explain my process and answer any questions you have about what to expect. The first few sessions are focused on building trust and rapport so that our work together feels collaborative and supportive.
I'm not the typical Therapist. I bring a balanced blend of empathy, honesty, and evidence-based strategies. I often integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic practices, and humanistic approaches to support your healing. I believe that growth happens when the mind, body, and spirit are aligned—and I help clients discover practical ways to restore that balance. Clients appreciate that I offer honest feedback and tools they can use between sessions to continue their progress.
I work best with adults who are navigating life stressors, relationship challenges, or the lasting impact of trauma. Many of my clients are working to understand their anxiety, depression, or attachment patterns and how these shape their relationships and daily lives. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your struggles, identify triggers, and develop techniques that support your healing both inside and outside of sessions. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
I have several certifications in trauma-informed treatment. My certifications allow me to specialize in trauma, attachment, nutrition, and somatic care. I have experience working with unresolved trauma, complex PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and much more. I focus on the client rather than a set of symptoms by using techniques that provide structured communication and processing. Providing a uniquely tailored therapeutic experience can get to the deeper layers, leading to the core barriers.
