I help men and women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck show up with more clarity, confidence, and calm—especially in their relationships and day-to-day life. My approach blends practical tools with deep emotional work, using IFS-informed therapy and, when desired, spiritual coaching. Whether you're navigating stress, setting boundaries, or healing old patterns, I create a space where your growth, faith, and voice are all welcome.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll slow things down so you can catch your breath and feel seen—not judged. You’ll share what’s been weighing on you, and together we’ll start connecting the dots between your current stress and the deeper patterns or beliefs underneath. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a full picture of what’s going on and what you want to shift. You’ll leave with more clarity, a sense of direction, and at least one small step you can take right awa

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported—especially when they’ve been holding it together for everyone else. I’m direct but deeply compassionate, and I have a knack for helping you get to the root of what’s really going on. I blend evidence-based methods with intuition and, when appropriate, spiritual insight. Clients often say they feel a sense of relief after just one session, like someone finally “gets it”—and has a plan to help them move forward.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with thosewho are self-aware, growth-minded, and often the ones everyone else leans on—but deep down, they’re carrying too much alone. They may look like they have it all together, but inside they’re exhausted, resentful, or anxious, especially in relationships or high-pressure roles. Whether they’re navigating a life transition, relationship stress, or past wounds, they’re ready to stop repeating the same patterns and start creating real change—from the inside out.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use an IFS-informed approach to help clients understand the different parts of themselves—especially the ones that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or self-critical. We explore how these parts developed, what they’re trying to protect, and how to create more inner balance and self-compassion.

Christian Counseling

For clients who find strength in their faith, I also integrate spiritual counseling—supporting you in using prayer, connecting to a higher power, and seeking spiritual guidance as part of the healing process. This combination helps you shift patterns, reduce stress, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
