Relationships are my passion and I love connecting with people, both in my life and in my work. My goal is to make my clients feel safe to work on themselves. Forming a real therapeutic relationship with each client is my priority, and I want my clients to feel truly cared for.
I've been working as an individual therapist for the past 13 years, and it is my passion to support others in bettering themselves and forming healthier habits to manage their mental health and well-being.

First session
In the first session I like to gather information from new clients in a way that feels like more of a conversation rather than an interrogation. The goal is to create a safe space for clients to share their history and goals for themselves, and see if we align to move forward.
Strengths
My main goal is to connect and form a relationship with my clients that allows them to feel safe and do the work. I take an eclectic approach to therapy with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. Most of my work focuses on managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and life adjustments.
Ideal clients
I love working with individuals who are motivated to make changes in their lives for the better. Being vulnerable and building trust with someone new is a process, but some degree of openness is needed to get started with therapy. Coming into therapy with an open mind and desire for change is important in order to establish goals and make progress.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to support clients in recognizing how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect one another in order to establish healthier patterns of coping.
