I am an older male with many years of experience. I am familiar and proficient in utilizing psychodynamic therapy as well as more prevalent modalities such as CBT, ACT and mindfulness. I am also proficient in couples therapy. I have studied emotionally focused treatment and have also helped couples to improve their physical intimacy. In recent years I have studied mindfulness and integrate it into other modalities such as ACT.
