I'm devoted to helping others become their best selves using various approaches, I meet people where they are and assist them in obtaining the results they desire. I come alongside individuals to help them overcome life's challenges with compassion and understanding. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with anxiety, depression, grief, and various traumatic experiences like physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, neglect, abandonment, community violence, natural disasters, and divorce. I have also worked with undocumented immigrants.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Over the last 5 years, I have engaged with children and families and helped them find their "reasons why." I enjoy observing growth and maturity when clients overcome troubling memories or situations. I have worked with emerging adults to help develop skills for the transition from a dependent to self-sufficiency, and adults navigating life's complexities.

I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I use a trauma-informed approach to align with you and your family.

Working with Kendra has been such a meaningful experience for me.
