Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I received my Bachelors degree from Penn State in 2001 and my Masters degree from IUP in 2015. I have worked in the field in different capacities for over 20 years doing family therapy, substance abuse, working in schools and outpatient. I enjoy helping adults dealing with interpersonal struggles and stressors lead fulfilling lives.

In our first session we will spend some time getting acquainted and we will begin exploring some background and struggles that you would like to work on. We will begin building a basis to help guide our future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in the field for over 20 years doing in home family therapy services, school based, community, substance abuse, and outpatient, I have vast experience that helps me get a more comprehensive idea of the struggles people identify with. I have a comfortable demeanor that encourages openness and engagement.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults of all ages and backgtounds. I especially enjoy working with young adults struggling with interpersonal conflicts and transitional issues. These issues can often have you feeling overwhelmed, anxious and disconnescted.
