(she/her)
Hi! I’m here to help you cope with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Together, we can work toward building healthier coping skills, improving relationships, and creating meaningful personal goals. I am a dedicated psychotherapist with 10 years of clinical experience. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. As an immigrant myself, I also understand the emotional challenges of immigration, cultural adjustment, and starting over in a new country. I provide therapy in both English and Russian. I am passionate about continuing to learn and grow professionally so I can provide the best support possible for my clients. I look forward to working with you.
During the first session, we will discuss your concerns, current challenges, personal history, and goals for therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. Together, we will explore what is causing distress in your life and begin identifying helpful coping strategies and meaningful goals for treatment. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see whether we are a good fit for working together. I provide therapy in English and Russian and work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I have extensive training and clinical experience in Gestalt psychology and Gestalt psychotherapy, along with strong competence in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I continue to engage in advanced professional training and supervision to deepen my expertise across these modalities. In my work, I integrate these approaches to provide a comprehensive and individualized treatment, supporting clients in building insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful behavioral change.
