Welcome! My name is Bria Smith and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Michigan and I am also licensed in New Jersey. I received my Bachelor's degree from Oakland University and shortly went on and received my Master's degree from Wayne State University. My clinical focus during my Master's program was in the Psychodynamic Theory and the Family Systems Theory. Most of my work history has been in community mental health, so I had the privilege of being exposed to many different types of mental health concerns and diagnoses (i.e. anxiety, depression, personality disorders and bipolar disorders). I understand the complexity of the human experience and I’m fully aware there is no “one size fits alI” treatment approach for everyone. This is why I prioritize meeting my individuals where they are and figuring out what is going to work best to serve them at that time! I am eager to collaborate with individuals and help them see realistic and sustainable change in their lives.
I provide online therapy to adults in Florida, Ohio, and New Jersey, specializing in anxiety, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, depression, perfectionism, and boundaries.
Many of my clients are capable and dependable, yet feel overwhelmed, scattered, emotionally drained, or caught in cycles of overthinking behind the scenes.
My approach is warm, structured, and practical. Together, we’ll make sense of what is keeping you stuck, break challenges into manageable steps, and build tools that help daily life feel clearer and more manageable.
SELF-PAY OPTIONS
Self-pay is available for clients who prefer to receive care outside of insurance.

I don’t believe therapy should be some boring clinical experience that you dread attending. I aim at creating a light hearted space for my clients to face whatever has brought them to my door.
(Well technically I don’t have a door since its telehealth but you know what I mean)
I talk so casually during sessions that you’ll feel like we’ve met before. I’ll ask you about what’s been going on and how you’re experiencing it. I’ll ask you how your much-needed date night went this past weekend, or how far you made it into that book you wanted to read. I sincerely want to know how you’ve been doing. I’m not afraid to talk about the hard or awkward stuff, and I’m also not afraid to let you know when you’re limiting yourself.
Our therapy is a judgment free zone. You don’t judge my cats who sometimes make an appearance and I won’t judge you.
I will put in the time and show up and if you will do the same great things can happen!
Some of you may be here because you are going through something that is very painful and my idea of ‘fun’ therapy may not seem to fit. I encourage you to give it a chance. We will have the difficult conversations and cry the tears but perhaps my approach will make all of that a little more bearable.
Hi! My name is Dina Kick and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in NJ. I received my Masters degree from Yeshiva University Wurzweiler School of Social work in New York. I have been practicing for over 4 years. My focus has been helping adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes and self esteem reach their goals.
Life can feel heavy sometimes, and reaching out for support is a brave and powerful first step. I'm here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on and begin the process of healing and growth.
I was drawn to this work because I’ve always been fascinated by how people heal, grow, and rebuild—even after really tough experiences. Over the years, I’ve worked with so many incredible individuals who’ve taught me about strength, vulnerability, and the power of connection. Being a therapist is more than a job to me—it’s something I feel truly honored to do.
My goal is to meet you exactly where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I use a mix of evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), ACT, and DBT to help you work through trauma, manage emotions, and build a more meaningful life. But therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—together, we’ll figure out what works best for you.
Hi, I’m Christine Pasquale. I bring over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, having worked in schools and community mental health settings. I’m deeply committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with empathy, insight, and practical support. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Rider University and an M.A. in Counseling from NYU, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey. I have had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, college and career transitions, and other life changes. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and am passionate about providing an affirming, safe space for people of all identities and orientations to heal, grow, and thrive. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, relationship challenges, or identity exploration, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can build clarity, confidence, and a life that feels authentic to you.
I'm Jackie — a licensed clinical social worker and addiction counselor who genuinely loves this work. I trained at NYU Silver and spent years in community mental health, inpatient, and outpatient settings before opening my private practice. I wanted something less clinical and more human.
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship struggles, and the kind of life transitions that leave you wondering who you even are anymore. A lot of my clients grew up in homes that felt unpredictable or unsafe — homes where they learned early to read the room, manage everyone else's feelings, and keep the peace at their own expense. They've been the capable one for so long that asking for help feels almost foreign. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational. Sessions feel more like a real conversation than a formal appointment. I'll help you understand the patterns underneath the surface stuff — why you react the way you do, where it came from, and what to do about it now. We'll draw from CBT, DBT, and IPT, building real skills along the way. Sometimes you'll leave with something to try between sessions; other times, something to sit with and think about.
My style is warm, direct, and skills-focused. I'll meet you where you are and gently push when it serves your growth, because real change usually means getting a little uncomfortable in a safe space. Humor shows up too — the hard stuff goes down easier when we can laugh at parts of it.
Asking for help isn't weakness. It's one of the braver things you can do.
