Hello, I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I received my masters degree from Rutgers School of Social Work and have been practicing for 13 years. I collaborate with adults struggling with challenges related to depression, anxiety, mood and neuro-divergence to find solutions that are specifically tailored and evidence based. My focus is creating an open minded and safe space where you can work at your own pace.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with families for 13 years I have developed a keen sense and knowledge of the challenges that parents face. I create a comfortable and open-minded safe space for you to process your thoughts, emotions & actions. I will listen closely and intently and then we can apply what been learned in our sessions to a plan that works for you.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I regularly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We can work to develop your ability to see how one's thoughts, emotions and actions are interconnected. From there, we can amplify the patterns that help you succeed and achieve greater happiness and peace. I can introduce helpful effective cognitive behavioral techniques to assist in your wellness.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I regularly utilize mindfulness based therapy to assist one on a path of acceptance and awareness. This can help with becoming a observer of one's experiences, surroundings and one's own feelings with a clear mind, satisfaction and readiness. This mindset can reduce anxiety, depression, ADHD as well as manifestations such as reactiveness , rumination, a cluttered mind and so on.
