About me

Passionate and empathetic therapist with over 5 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety and substance use. My sessions are a judgment-free zone—come as you are. I have experience working with both men and women facing anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. My passion is exploring how your upbringing shaped who you are today, identifying unhelpful patterns, building healthier coping skills, and supporting you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

What to Expect During Your First Session Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but my goal is to make your first session as comfortable as possible. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and exploring the challenges you’re currently facing. I’ll ask questions about your background, relationships, and life experiences to better understand your unique story. Together, we’ll identify your goals for therapy and create a plan that feels realistic and tailored to your needs. Most importantly, this is a judgment-free space where you can be yourself, move at your own pace, and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my compassion. I understand that starting therapy can be difficult, and it takes courage to open up to someone new. That’s why I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable expressing yourself at your own pace.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone navigating significant life changes and feeling overwhelmed by the transition\. This may include new parents adjusting to the demands of caring for a child, individuals experiencing increased anxiety, or those struggling to find stability during periods of uncertainty\. I also work well with clients who are exploring their relationship with substance use and are seeking support in making meaningful, sustainable changes\.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we’ll recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge negative beliefs, and develop healthier coping strategies. My goal is to provide practical tools you can use both in and outside of sessions to better manage anxiety, reduce stress, improve decision-making, and create lasting, meaningful change.
