Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it's normal not to know exactly where to begin. During our first session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences and help us identify goals for our work together. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
