I know anxiety and depression. I know how it feels to fall down over and over and believe like you're destined to fall again. I also know firsthand how changing our thinking can help us to overcome even the most daunting challenges. I've helped countless people make significant progress in every aspect of their lives. I utilize established modalities like CBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing, but I also know the value of listening.

During our first session, I will listen closely as you explore your reasons for therapy. I will help you to establish clear objectives and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic alliance.

Taking a holistic view of mental wellness, I will help you to identify those thought and behavioral patterns that cause you pain and interfere with your ability to optimize and grow. Together, we will make significant progress in the shortest amount of time. Whatever your challenges are - anxiety; depression; OCD; eating disorders - I have helped others remove the weight of these disorders from their lives. Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

The ACT framework framework's six core principles helps clients reduce the struggle with negative thoughts and emotions, enhance psychological flexibility, and align behavior with personal values.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I have helped many couples and individuals using EFT's short term framework.

Motivational Interviewing

Utilizing motivational interviewing, I bring my clients to a clearer understanding of their core priorities and goals, and facilitate the establishment of a clear action plan.
